We unconsciously bury the salient principle of "a step at a time" and its undefeated ability to take us on an adventurous ride to our destined location.  Fortunately, man has been blessed with one of the greatest gifts, reading. Reading is one way in which we not only gather information, but also teach ourselves how to slow down.  When we  slow down, we notice, and when we notice, we listen. When we listen, we practice sustained attention that gives us an upper hand in life.
